1. Appointment Booking
We recommend booking appointments in advance to guarantee your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may vary.
2. Late Arrivals
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service time to avoid impacting other clients.
3. Quality Assurance
We kindly ask that you advise our technician of any non-satisfactory at the initial stage so it can be corrected. Once the service is completed, 100% payment is required.
4. Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Gratuities are appreciated and can be given in cash or added to your total bill.
5. Health & Safety
For the safety of all clients and staff, we ask that you notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs prior to your appointment. Please inform us if you are feeling unwell or have recently been ill.
6. Product Liability
We use high-quality products in all services; however, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or damage resulting from aftercare or product use outside of the
salon.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used within the validity period. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
8. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
The store will not tolerate any form of abuse, including verbal, physical, or emotional, directed at staff, customers, or anyone within the store.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. This right may be exercised in situations where:
